Meet Flour Power Catering and (the amazing) Erin Glenn.  

Erin Glenn opened Flour Power Catering in 2015, after working 30 years in the restaurant and catering industry for other large companies.  It was her desire to have a smaller locally-owned company that could cater to the desires of her clients and use locally-sourced ingredients.

Erin can provide anything from hors d'oeuvres to full meals to decadent cheese cakes and dessert bars.  She offers everything from taco bars to elegant buffets.  In other words, whatever you can dream up.

Flour Power catering prides themselves on being original in both presentation and recipes.  I can vouch for that:  one of our couples at Heart of Rock Farm wanted a Wizard of Oz-themed wedding.  Erin’s buffet table featured a hot air balloon, and the cake table included a pair of wicked witch legs extending from beneath the cake plate.   Perfect!

Erin is one of our favorite caterers because the food is amazing (as well as beautiful), and because she gets to know her clients and strives to match their vision.  And she works hard to remain budget-friendly.
